New for 2016

2017 Ski Doo Gen 4 Turn Key Suspension Packages for the 154 and 165
Introducing the new suspension packages along with Gen 4 specific Raptor IFS shocks.

The new K-Motion
Introducing the new K Motion from K MOD.
We tested all last season to come up with this simple yet very strong design.
This is a pivoting rear scissor for K MOD suspensions
It has 4 degree movement on each side for a total side to side movement of 8 degrees.
Engineered with positive stops so the vehicle is very predictable when making a maneuver.
4 degrees of movement throughout the complete range of travel no matter what stage of coupling you’re on.
Made of billet aluminum for durability, large eyelet and bearing on shock so the shock moves with the arm.
Enables the rider to initiate maneuvers easier even in the more progressive ranges of coupling.
Enhances the ease of holding a side hill with resistance to wash out.
Less rider effort on off camber down hills.
Traditional K MOD strength and performance handling with easier maneuvering.

New for 2016 K MOD's new 37'' wide IFS for the Polaris Axys Pro-RMK/SKS
Our new front suspension was designed using the latest in Cad-Cam technology! The use of this technology allowed us to take a very complicated design like the canted front suspension of the Polaris Axys SKS/Pro-RMKs and understand every detail of it from caster, camber, Ackermann along with bump.
We’ve found through extensive testing that our 37” design works exceptional on and off trail!  We focused most of our efforts towards improving on how the vehicle responded to changing directions in the trees, along with perfecting the ability to hang even the most technical of side hills.
With other tweaks to the geometry it makes this a very versatile system.  Combine these features with tig welded 4130 thin wall large OD tubing,  billet upper and lower bearing housings, and you have a light weight design with exceptional strength that will perform above expectations for backcountry riders. Plus it can be run with or without sway bar. Takes the stock length shocks (13 and newer Pro-RMKs) or combine with Raptor IFS shocks for the ultimate in handling and control.
Kit comes with everything needed to just bolt on. Upper and lower ball joints, durable delrin bushings, tie rods, and all hardware needed.
